Hello! My name is Eduardo Gonzalez. I live in Monterrey Mexico, and I'm 27 years old. I love my wife and my little baby girl of 2 months old.

I decided to join YOR BEST BODY at HOME because my health started to decrease. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and fatty liver. This was a great opportunity because at the same time I was taking care of my baby and my wife. I was able to sleep only from 2 to 5 hours a day.

My body has changed a lot with this platform; now I can do a lot more things, and I'm full of energy.

This is my routine:
- Every day I wake up and take 2 YOR Repair Ultra.
- When I arrive to the office, I drink YOR SuperGreens with YOR Berry Blast,
- A few hours later, I prepare 1 scoop of YOR Shake mixed with YOR Fiber Plus,
- Finally, with lunch and dinner I take 1 or 2 YOR Digest Ultra.

For exercising, I started to walk and run daily for 30 min. this is something I try to do with my dog, so we both exercise. I know this is the beginning of a new healthy lifestyle.
