Throughout my life, I have dealt with me being overweight, and I had already quit after dieting and many frustrations, but I heard about YOR Health supplements and decided to give it a try.

I feel that I am losing weight, slowly but steadily. This is how I take the supplements:
I take YOR Probiotics Ultra when I wake up, go for a 1 hour walk, and then for breakfast I take YOR SuperGreens with YOR Shake, which I love! and YOR Essential Vitamins.
I try to have a balanced meal at lunch, and on the weekend, I have a more relaxed diet.
