My name is Miriam Luz Yanac Reyes. I am 48 years old, and I am from Lima, Peru.
I joined YOR BEST BODY at HOME to improve my health problems (Arthritis, Hypothyroidism, pressure, and Spondylitis in the spine) and to feel good about myself since it is difficult to lose weight.

With effort and will, I sticked to my diet and supplemented myself with YOR Health products and followed (David Uriarte) my leader's recommendations as follows:
Upon raising: 2 YOR Repair Ultra and 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra.
One hour later: in a large glass with water YOR Berry Blast.
First meal: YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and one scoop of YOR Shake.
Lunch: 2 YOR Digest Ultra 5 minutes before eating, a balanced meal and between my meal 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Dinner: 2 scoops of YOR Shake and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Before bedtime: 2 YOR Repair Ultra.
I was drinking plenty of fluids and started doing Zumba twice a week.

When I started the cycle, I weighed 147 lbs / 67 kg, now I am weighting 134 lbs / 61 kg, I lost 13 lbs / 6 kg thanks to YOR Health.

As time goes by, I am improving and with YOR Health supplements, I feel much better, and my disease is controlled. I will continue enrolling at YOR BEST BODY at HOME because it makes me feel good. I didn't make it to 127 lbs / 58 kg, but the most important thing is that my health continues to improve, I feel more energetic and super happy! Every day I am closer to my goal.
