Hi, I’m Rob and I am 36 years old. I have previously entered YOR BEST BODY at HOME in the Slim category, having lost over 22 lbs / 10 kg, it’s now time to build some muscle.
Unfortunately, my work as a wedding photographer has been restricted due to Covid, so I have decided to focus on my health and fitness and for the first time I am in a great routine with supplements, eating and training.
I enjoy strength training 4 times a week at the gym, and touch football twice a week.
I use the following products in my regime and have built up a great routine of taking them:
