Hello, my name is Servando de Jesús Quezada Morales, and I am 49 years old.

I am super happy with YOR Health products! Despite these months of pandemic in confinement and with many obstacles, I managed to move forward and meet the goal that I set for myself, which is to be healthy and lose weight, which was easier with YOR Health products.

Following a healthy lifestyle and with discipline, it will provide us with well-being.
For me, starting my day with YOR Health products is the best way to always be in good shape and in healthy.

Every day in the morning when I wake up, I take 1 cup of tea.
20 minutes later, I prepare the delicious YOR SuperGreens with 2 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 YOR AMP that gives me the energy to start my exercise routine.
