This cycle was particularly inspiring and challenging.
My name is Alejandra Huerta, and I am 41 years old. I decided to join YOR BEST BODY at HOME despite being in the middle of a home remodeling with few possibilities of maintaining an exercise regimen, an ideal diet and in a city alien to my own. However, I fanned myself with faith and the discipline that I have already achieved since I started taking my supplements.

The work was mostly aerobic, with pavement running sessions 2 to 3 times a week, 1 walk a week on the beach, and a lot of cycling. As soon as I could recover my times, I started weightlifting sessions, 5 days a week.

The main change was in the diet, doing intermittent fasting and consuming less animal protein.
