This is how I lost 11 lbs / 5 kg:

My overweight was already making me very irritable, because I didn’t like myself physically, I felt tired and very anxious.
In the morning upon raising, I take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra on an empty stomach. I wait 1 hour for breakfast and mix 10 oz of water + 1 tablespoon of YOR Fiber Plus + 1 tablespoon of YOR SuperGreens and YOR Essential Vitamins. I eat eggs or whatever comes to mind, avoiding carbs as breakfast.

As snacks between breakfast and lunch, I ate raw vegetables or greek yogurt, and I take YOR Berry Blast.
