I want to be healthier and with the great products that YOR Health has to offer, I know I will get there one step at a time. I learned by joining the groups helps me to stay committed to lose weight and improve my health. My daily regimen: (1) 6:00 am 2 capsules YOR Repair Ultra and 2 YOR Probiotics Ultra. (2) 8:00am breakfast: YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus & 2 YOR Essential Vitamins (3) 10:00am Morning snack: 2 YOR Digest Ultra capsules & 2 scoops of YOR Fiber Plus & YOR SuperGreens with 8oz of water. (4) 1:00pm lunch: my favorite meal of choice with 3 YOR Digest Ultra capsules, 2 YOR Essential Vitamins 2-8oz water (5)3;00pm Afternoon snack: 2 scoops of SuperGreens & 2 scoops YOR Fiber Plus 8oz water and cup of fruits or nuts. (6) Dinner: salads with 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, 3 YOR Digest Ultra, 8 oz water (7) 8:00pm Evening snack: 8 0z YOR Shake with 2 scoops fiber with 8oz water (8) right before bed: 2 capsules YOR Probiotics Ultra & 2 YOR Repair Ultra with 8 oz water.
