Hi! I am Constanza Villalobos, I am 41 years old, and I am a mother of two, a girl of 9 and a teenager of 13. I have always had a slim complexion, but since I was a mother, my body has never been the same again, and being sedentary, worse! And although weight has not been my problem, I get too bloated and being toned has always cost me a lot.
