Hi, I'm Christian Villegas. In this challenge I advanced much more than the previous one and I am very proud of everything I have achieved because in addition to losing weight, I am building muscle. Many thanks also to the YOR Health products, my favorites are the YOR Shake, the YOR Probiotics Ultra and the YOR Repair Ultra. Thank you YOR Health and thank you to the people who inspired and congratulated me the last time I was a winner and I hope to continue winning
My regimen was as follows:
Intermittent fasting for 16 to 18 hours.
YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra upon awakening.
Break the fast with YOR SuperGreens, at the YOR Shake time with 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
A meal with vegetables and some meat with YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Sometimes in the evening a second Shake with YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Before bed 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
Exercise 3 to 4 times a week with weight and cardio.
Now to continue with the challenges until I reach my ideal weight of 82-84 kg and begin to define.
