Hello YOR Health community, my name is Graciela Zavalza and I feel very happy because every time I have entered the YOR Best Body of YOR Health, I see more of my progress. And I feel very proud because I thought that at 50 she should be resigned to a flaccid figure, unattractive to myself and with ailments that many times I heard other people say, she was going to have. And today I am beginning to see my body as it was in my 30s, before I was a mother. Also, now I feel energized all day.
The regimen that I followed was:
When starting my YOR Berry Blast still fasting. I fasted for 16 hours and broke it with YOR SuperGreens, an hour later YOR Chocolate Shake. At 3 in the afternoon 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra with lunch and in the evening a YOR Shake of chocolate or vanilla, or a light dinner and another capsule of YOR Digest Ultra.
