Hello everybody!!!! I'm mega happy!!!! I am finishing one more cycle and I am very happy with the results. I'm still not where I want to go, but it's one step closer.

This challenge I committed a lot to my goal because my 8th wedding anniversary is approaching and one of my goals is to wear my wedding ring again ... yes, after a baby I have not managed to lose those kilos that I gained in pregnancy and how I'm a full-time mom, I don't have a lot of time to exercise so taking the supplements has been the way I've achieved these results.

This challenge I did something different, I started fasting for 16 hours. I opened my food window with the YOR SuperGreens, the food was balanced with my YOR Digest Ultra and at night before going to sleep I had the YOR Shake. At first I thought that I was not going to endure the fast just by taking the Shake, however, to my surprise I felt super good, full of energy and very light and go that with a 1-year-old baby you need a lot of energy.

I have felt much more rested at night, even though my baby still wakes up 1 or 2 times, the next morning I don't feel tired at all.
I love the YOR Best Body platform because it is a place where you feel supported, and you are not alone wanting to achieve your goals. Also, when there is an opportunity to have the training sessions recorded here at hand, uff is the best!!!

See you in the next cycle!!!!

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
