Hello! My name is Sandra, after several months of not taking care of my diet due to the workload, eating more bread than I used to and not exercising, I gained a few kilos. When your clothes don't fit the way you like, you have to do something, so I started this challenge, and it is incredible how with perseverance and good supplementation you can obtain great results.

My routine in these 8 weeks was:

- YOR SuperGreens as the first food after fasting for 16 hours.
