I'm Luis, I'm 65 years old, I live in Querétaro, Mexico. I have always liked exercise and eating a healthy diet. For a little over two years, I have been a member of the YOR Health family. I have never consumed nutritional products and now I have found that they are very beneficial. I took advantage of the challenge as a good opportunity to commit myself to mark myself a bit since I had never tried that. I start every morning with my vanilla YOR Shake, which is really my favorite product, I add cold milk and blend a little fruit, preferably blackberries or frozen strawberries, a true delight. Subsequently 1 YOR Digest Ultra, 1 YOR AMP and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. At noon white meat and salads and natural water. Here only 1 YOR Digest Ultra. And for dinner night usually a turkey sandwich and a vanilla YOR Shake with a scoop of YOR Fiber Plus. The exercise routine is to walk at a brisk pace in the morning for 4 kilometers walking Nubia my dog. At night jog / run intervals for another 4 kilometers and then 10 kg dumbbell weight routine. a little stretching and 50 sit-ups. This is just the beginning, I'm going for more!!
