This year has been full of challenges in my life and in May I faced one of the worst in my life. In May I was tested positive for COVID and 5 days later get hospitalized in the ER and spend 1 week hospitalized with oxygen.

Even though I have not been able to work out as before, I made some adjustments to my diet like doing intermittent fasting to help me control the diabetes. On fasting days, I skip the breakfast but take my YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins. At lunch and eat normal and take my YOR Digest Ultra, YOR AMP and the vitamins again. For dinner normally I take my vanilla protein YOR Shake mixed with my YOR SuperGreens and the YOR Fiber Plus.

I try to walk at least 30 min daily and keep myself active as much as possible. Being a teacher helps a lot since we are the whole day walking and moving around.
