Hello YOR Health community, I am Kena Gaytan, I am 65 years old, mother of 3 children, and grandmother of 2 beautiful grandchildren!!!!

This is the third time that I have signed up for the challenge, and I am liking it a lot for two main reasons, firstly to keep fit and healthy and, on the other hand, to be a source of inspiration that at my age there are no limits when you have clear objectives.

In the morning I prepare with YOR Repair Ultra on an empty stomach, 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra and then I continue with YOR SuperGreens and an envelope of YOR Berry Blast which is the drink that I take to the gym every day.

Later, before having breakfast, my YOR Shake, which I love and is my favorite, I take it with water and blend fruit, either mango or frozen berries. Delicious, obviously I also include 1 measure of YOR Fiber Plus.

With breakfast I take the opportunity to take 1 capsule of YOR AMP, 2 capsules of YOR Digest Ultra and 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins.

As a doctor I know that I am strengthening my immune system and helping my digestion in an important way.

In the meals of white meats, fish, and vegetables I usually take again 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra, 1 of YOR AMP and another 2 of YOR Essential Vitamins which allows me to arrive in the afternoon with a lot of energy.

At night a good sandwich with turkey and panela cheese, other times a good salad with tuna, sardines or chicken allow me to sleep very well, I have another YOR Shake without fruit and the last 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins.

All the products have allowed me to properly nourish myself during the 8 weeks of the challenge, and the truth is that I feel fantastic with the objectives achieved!!!
