I am Miriam Luz Yanac Reyes, I am 49 years old, and I am from Lima, Peru. I joined YOR Best Body to improve and have stability in my health as that is why it is difficult to maintain weight.
I willingly take care of my diet and supplement myself with YOR Health products as follows:
Waking up: 6AM: 2 YOR Repair Ultra and 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra.
One hour later: in a large glass with water a YOR Berry Blast.
9AM: I break a fast with: YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
11AM: Two measures of YOR Shake.
Lunch: 1PM: 1 YOR Digest Ultra, 5 minutes before lunch, a balanced meal and between meals 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Dinner: 8PM: Two scoops of YOR Shake and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
When sleeping: YOR Repair Ultra.
He drank plenty of fluids, a minimum of two liters a day.

When I started the challenge I weighed 69 kg, now I weigh 62 kg, I feel better every day, and with the perseverance in YOR Health I will achieve balance.
