Hello Community, I hope you are the best.

Finishing one more cycle and I feel better than I started: I gained a kilo and although I have a couple more to go to reach my ideal weight (63-64 kg), I am happy because it has always been a triumph to gain muscle mass.

Since I started being in the Challenge I have relied on the entire nutrition line: YOR Probiotics Ultra upon waking, before breakfast YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins in food, the YOR Shake after exercise, and YOR Repair Ultra before bed.

To train I did at least 5 sessions a week, either going for a run with my dog or strength exercises with TRX and a couple of weights.
