My name is Ale Soto Borja, I am a mother of 4, I am 41 years old, and I love sports, but I was already feeling stagnant, and I did not see clear results. I did a challenge a few months ago and I felt very very good, so I decided to do it again and as a personal goal to achieve more definition of the muscles of the abdomen and arms and a lower percentage of fat and win first place!!

My routine is: I wake up and take YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR AMP and YOR Repair Ultra. Then I have YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast before working out.
