Hi, I'm Mónica Rodríguez, I live in Cajamarca, Peru. I am 37 years old and I am a health professional. This is my third challenge completed and I am happy to finish it. When I met YOR Health I weighed 108 kg, I was in very poor health, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, fatty liver and prediabetes, sometimes I could not even get out of bed to go to work because I had very little energy and was very depressed because I could not get off of weight. In this cycle I used the YOR Health products as follows:
On an empty stomach, 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra and one capsule of YOR AMP. At 12 pm 1 measure of YOR SuperGreens with half a measure of YOR Fiber Plus mixed in 500 ml of water. 30 minutes before lunch 1 capsule of YOR AMP. 5 minutes before lunch 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra, my dinner 2 measures of YOR Shake and before bed 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra. In this challenge I lost 3kg which is quite noticeable in my abdomen, I am losing pure fat. Most importantly, I continue to improve in health, I feel very energetic, I feel lighter, now I walk 3 times a week, I know that I can improve much more and be healthy to be able to enjoy and share with my 8-year-old son.
