Hello, my name is Edgar Ramos and I have been 42 years old since I was little, I have taken care of my health, I do not eat meat and I did a lot of exercise, but I had never been able to deflate my belly until I started the first YOR Best Body challenge and I am extremely happy with my results.

In these two months of this challenge, I returned to reduce inflammation and lose fat accumulated in the abdominal area, it has been simple and fun since I set alarms to take my supplements and I only do 15 minutes of exercise.
