Hello! I am Iris Gómez, and I am happy to have finished this challenge even though the last weeks were very difficult for me since I had two trips in the last 3 weeks of my challenge and some celebrations since we have returned to regular life. After the pandemic, I have had less time to eat and exercise and that is why, more than ever, the YOR Shake has helped me to complete my portion of proteins and vitamins that have made it possible for me to also have more energy despite long connections and delayed flights. I keep taking my YOR SuperGreens every morning to break my fast along with my YOR AMP before exercise and in the mornings. And two YOR Digest Ultra with every solid meal. This challenge was not the most perfect, but I am proud that I managed to finish it and not give up and in the end I could see significant progress. I feel better than ever and now I see that despite weeks without physical activity we can always go back and finish one more challenge. I didn't gain much muscle mass, but I felt very deflated as I added an extra YOR Probiotics Ultra in addition to taking it in the morning and added one at night and the same YOR Repair Ultra twice a day. YOR Fiber Plus twice a day in my YOR Shake. I finally managed to lower the percentage of fat that I had already stuck at and now I can be ready for the next stage of increase.
