Hello! My name is Sandra and for a couple of months I was very pressured for work, I ended a relationship and I certainly neglected myself. I am really surprised by the results, I did not diet as is, I go for a walk / run 2-3 times a week for 3 to 5 km, but I did not stop taking my YOR Health supplements.
Started the day with YOR SuperGreens, it's the best way to start the day! Sometimes I mix it with YOR Berry Blast.
Lunch and dinner accompanied by 1 or 2 YOR Digest Ultra.
YOR Shake as a snack or dinner. It has served me well in the evenings when I feel bloated, but I am hungry and want a light dinner. Vanilla or Chocolate, I love them both!
