Hello YOR Community, my name is Toño De La Cerda, I am 38 years old, I am a Systems Engineer and my job is to sit in front of a computer for more than 8 hours a day, which greatly reduces my possibility of having physical activity by less for much of the day and it made me feel frustrated and bad with myself, so I had to change my routine and opted to wake up earlier so I could get some exercise in the morning, which at first had a hard time adjusting. At the end of my exercise routine, I had a portion of YOR Shake, which by the way is delicious, it is one of my favorite products, both Vanilla and Chocolate, as well as a YOR Probiotics Ultra, a YOR Repair Ultra and two YOR Essential Vitamins. At noon I had a serving of YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus which helped a lot with my digestion.

These 8 weeks were a great challenge in my personal life, since it involved changing my daily routine in a radical way, but thanks to the YOR Health products I felt with the energy and the courage to complete them successfully.
