Hello everyone, I hope you are very well.

I feel great at this end of the cycle: my challenge has always been to gain muscle mass and although I ended up with the same weight (60kg), I feel more defined than 8 weeks ago.

A situation that I always have at this time is the cold, I don't like training indoors so much (mostly due to lack of space), but thanks to my dog, which is the best excuse to go out for a run 3 times a week and plus a couple of resistance sessions, it was what helped me in the cycle.
