My name is Rossana Alpizar and I live in Mérida Yucatán, Mexico. I am finishing my sixth cycle, two of them were in the lose weight category. I have lost more than 20 kg and I feel better than ever at 47 years old. I have not reached my goal so I will enroll again to stay disciplined in these times of excess. I carry the following routine:
On an empty stomach I take 2 YOR Repair Ultra capsules, 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule, 2 YOR Digest Ultra capsules and 2 YOR AMP capsules. Breakfast 3 measures of YOR Shake vanilla with 240 ml of water 1 measure of YOR SuperGreens and two of YOR Fiber Plus.
