Hello!

To my surprise, in this cycle, although it has been quite difficult for me to tone more, I have increased muscle mass, since I gained 2 kg compared to the beginning of these 8 weeks. The most remarkable thing about this is having achieved it without increasing the% fat.

I still have the challenge of marking the abdomen more, but in the area of the arm, shoulder, trapezius, back, chest, etc. I increased my muscle mass considerably.

Consistency in the gym has a lot to do with the type of training I have. As well as feeding (I am implementing intermittent fasting with a feeding window of approximately 10 hours out of 24 hours).

The first thing to start the day is to consume 1 YOR Repair Ultra, 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 3 YOR Essential Vitamins. Later, when I start my food intake, I prepare my YOR Shake (sometimes I mix it with YOR SuperGreens) with 1 measure of YOR Fiber Plus.

During meals I have 1 YOR Digest Ultra and in the afternoon when I go to the gym 1 measure of YOR SuperGreens (sometimes I add spinach, carrots, broccoli, kale, celery, green apple and pineapple to this mixture to add calories as I drink it during the gym; or sometimes it's just YOR SuperGreens).

It has been a very interesting process personally throughout this 2021 full of challenge after challenge of 8 weeks, trying to survive (in January) the ravages of the pandemic and now in December with better physical shape, there is still much to do but I feel calm satisfied with the results throughout 1 year of challenges.
