My name is Sandra Tovar. The main reason I decided to do this challenge was to improve my health.
I have been struggling with a few extra pounds for a long time.
The first thing the doctor recommended to me was that I had to lose weight, take more care of my diet, add supplements, and lower my work routine a bit, which was stressing me too much.
During the challenge I added a day or two of going for a walk. Although it was very little due to the lack of blood in my system, it was difficult for me to exercise.
