Hello, my name is Christian Verastegui and I am 41 years old. YOR Best Body for me is a lifestyle. When I started the challenge 56 days ago I felt tired with a lot of fatigue, my stomach was very bulging, my diet was terrible since I work 14×7 shifts. We have a lot of processed food there.
