My name is Andres Escobedo, and I am 28 years old. During the last two years of the pandemic, I have been fortunate to work from home, but also unlucky enough to reach my maximum historical weight of 97 kg.
My daily routine is basically getting up early to work on the computer for almost 12 hours, eating in any available space, at different times and eating what I find between meals. Zero exercises and repeating the same from Monday to Friday.
I decided to join the challenge with the illusion of the great results I had more than 5 years ago, although with the unknown that it would be easier or more difficult than the first time. And I managed to lose 7 kilos in 8 weeks!!!
I started this cycle with a lot of excitement, consuming two scoops of YOR Shake + two scoops of YOR Fiber Plus to replace breakfast and dinner, which was very practical as it was quick and beneficial for my body. But with this results motivation, my next cycle will include exercise for even better results.
