Hi all! I'm happy to finish this challenge!!!!!! To be honest, I had a hard time keeping up during these December parties, but with the YOR Digest Ultra by my side it was much easier.

In this new challenge I decided to train more constantly, I ran 3 times a week and 1 day I exercised at home with the classes that are recorded on the YOR BEST BODY page, and I think I achieved it!

I still have a few kilos to lose, but I know that along the path I have already started I can achieve it!!!

It's hard to pick one product as a favourite, I love them all!!! The only thing I can say is that the YOR Shake and the YOR SuperGreens are the best!!!

They always help me stay energized and light to do my daily activities with my little 1 and a half year old baby.

Being a mom sometimes doesn't allow you to have time for yourself but exercising with my daughter has helped me a lot to achieve my goals.

I hope in 2022 I can reach my ideal weight!!!
