I decided to enter the challenge at the end of the year to somehow take care of myself at parties and not gain more weight, also to start changing my habits before the end of the year and start with everything this year. In the first days of this year, I got Covid, so I cannot finish my challenge as I wanted, however, I am happy that I was able to lose a little weight and I am ready to resume exercising.
