My name is Alejandra Soto Borja and I am the mother of 4 children. I have always liked to be healthy and fit, but a few months ago for personal reasons I stopped exercising and started eating very badly. Obviously I started to gain weight. I didn't feel comfortable with my body and I decided to do the challenge to lose a few pounds and tone my body. When you stop exercising, it is very hard to get back into it, but with the help of the supplements I am happy. I take YOR Berry Blast and Y YOR SuperGreens in the morning on an empty stomach, before I exercise I take YOR AMP and YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamins with each meal and in the afternoon YOR Shake combined with YOR Fiber Plus, I also take YOR Digest with each meal Ultra and at night YOR Probiotics Ultra.
I started working out 2 times a week and now I'm already doing 5 or 6 days!!!!
I thought it was going to be more difficult, but once you go back to doing the routine and of course with the supplements, it hasn't been as hard as I thought!! I am very motivated and determined to feel comfortable and happy again!
This challenge was the most challenging for me! But I feel very satisfied with my achievements with perseverance and discipline, I lost weight and toned up. I feel HAPPY with my achievements and how I look and feel!
