I am Monica Chavez, I am 57 years old and I live in Mexico City. This is my second cycle. I started at 78 kilos and stayed almost the same in weight, but I did lose in measurements. All in all, for me it is a huge achievement. Being completely at rest changed my dynamics a lot, and above all it affected my digestion.
