Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.
The advantage of having this Challenge as a lifestyle is that it is easier to get back on track, although this cycle was a bit bittersweet because I had a throat infection and due to being isolated I stopped keeping up for two weeks. The time I did train was divided between running and strength exercises for 30-45 min, 4-5 days a week.
What always helps me is the nutrition line: from YOR Probiotics Ultra in the morning, YOR SuperGreens before breakfast, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins at lunch, YOR Shake after training or for dinner, and YOR Repair Ultra before to go to bed
