Hello Yor community. I'm Elizabeth Mendoza, I live in Cancun and I'm happy to have completed one more challenge, especially because I decided to do it even when we were in the middle of the Christmas holidays. So, to counteract the effects of so much celebration, I disciplined myself to take the supplements to obtain the nutrients from the food and in turn detoxify myself of everything that could be not so favorable for my body.
In the mornings I started with my YOR Probiotics Ultra and at noon YOR SuperGreens. 1 YOR Digest Ultra before each large meal and at the end of 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. I eat YOR Shake for dinner, and before going to sleep 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra. I added a bit of exercise in the mornings, mainly running on the beach. I am happy with my results because I managed to lose the love handles on my back and in general change fat for muscle.
I am convinced that we have the best products and being able to share them with my family is wonderful. My husband and I did the challenge, and we feel more united than ever, because we have one more goal in common and we want to share it with many people.
