Hi, I'm Jesús Alberto De Bus. I'm 28 years old and I'm from Durango, Mexico. I am an aviator pilot and something that had always been difficult for me was to be able to gain muscle mass since my body, which is large and has long bones, was not something simple for me. The way I used the supplements was as follows:
Upon waking up 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra and 2 of YOR Essential Vitamins.
Before breakfast, 1 serving of YOR SuperGreens, 1 serving of YOR Fiber Plus and 1 packet of YOR Berry Blast, this drink is my favorite.
