My name is Rossana Alpizar and I live in Mérida Yucatán. My goal for this cycle was to lose a kilo of fat and increase it in muscle mass by reducing the percentage of fat. I am very happy with the results, I am already at 15% fat, it is my seventh cycle, I started with 38% fat.

My routine is as follows:
On an empty stomach I take 2 YOR Repair Ultra capsules, 2 YOR Digest Ultra capsules, 2 YOR AMP capsules and 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule.
Breakfast 3 measures of YOR Shake with 240 ml of water, some fruit and Greek yogurt.
When I feel low on energy or want something sweet, I have YOR Berry Blast once a day.

I eat a healthy diet and exercise moderately.
