Hello YOR Health family! My name is Marlete Mayoral Fernández. I am originally from Mexico City, living in Cancun for 21 years. After a car accident (two and a half years ago), I gained a lot of weight. When I learned about the 8-week challenge and all the benefits of YOR Health supplements, I decided to sign up. It is the first time that I do the challenge and I am happy with the results, because I have felt with a lot of energy. In the morning I started my day with the YOR SuperGreens, and approximately 30 minutes of exercise a day, I drink about two liters of natural water. At noon a light lunch, and in the afternoon a balanced meal, at night I take my YOR Repair Ultra capsules.
