Hello YOR Health family. I finished my second challenge, and I am very satisfied with the results achieved.

I am 18 years old and I would like to continue building a good muscle mass, get into the habit of a healthy life and project that security that seeing and feeling good gives me. In fact, at school and also my girlfriend they ask me what I'm doing because I notice a lot of change in a short time.
