Hi, I'm Grace Zavalza and I'm happy to finish this challenge because I started 2022 with all the enthusiasm to continue taking care of my health and appearance, and although some celebrations continued for the end and beginning of the year, thanks to YOR Health supplementation and a routine of daily exercise, I started to regain my pre-holiday weight.
Upon waking up I had 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra and an hour later a tea, at noon I broke my fast with YOR SuperGreens and with each large meal 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra. At night I replaced my dinner with a YOR Shake and before bed 2 YOR Repair Ultra.
