Hello YOR Health family, I finished my challenge, although I need more definition I am happy. Despite the end-of-the-year holidays, I achieved my goals, gradually recovering my muscle mass. My goal was to gain muscle and lower the percentage of fat, and I achieved it, goal accomplished. I increased the exercise time to thirty minutes every third day.
