In this challenge I had, I think, a greater advance in FAT BURN, since I started weighing 80 kg and finished at 79 kg but having reduced more fat and increased muscle mass.
The continuity for these next 8 weeks will be to continue increasing lean mass and marking the abdomen more.
I'm making adjustments to breakfast because I'm taking the YOR Shake almost mid-morning to practice intermittent fasting and synergize it with fat burning.
Early in the morning I take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra, at lunch 1 YOR Digest Ultra, in the afternoon I prepare my YOR SuperGreens, which is what I drink in the gym during exercises. Also, I am taking YOR Essential Vitamins mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
