It was the last day to register, and I finally got up the courage, and although taking the first step was difficult, today I begin to see results of a joint effort that I am very grateful for.

I tell you that my day begins with a walk of more than half an hour, when I finish to hydrate I do it with a YOR SuperGreens combined with YOR Fiber Plus, and I take YOR Essential Vitamins, YOR AMP and YOR Probiotics Ultra, continuing with an intermittent fast of minimum 12 hours, my normal breakfast and lunch always looking to eat the healthiest and last night I replace dinner with YOR Shake and YOR Digest Ultra.

It is difficult to start when you are very overweight and especially when you have done many things and they do not work for you, but now I am seeing them and they are not the wonder diets in which you lose 20 kilos in 10 days, but I have lost 6 kilos and 2 sizes that are not very noticeable due to my overweight, but the important thing is that I do see it in myself and my clothes and above all the exercise, the supplements, my diet and the desire to help not only my body, but also my My health motivates me to keep going.
