Hi, I'm Pamela Ortega. I'm 31 years old and I'm from Durango, Mexico.
I am fascinated by sharing my story since being able to lose weight in my life was always a headache since I suffer from hypothyroidism, this complicates the goal and I felt frustrated. However, thanks to the 8 week challenge this has been very simple for me and I am happy to share my regimen with you.
Upon awakening 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins,
1 serving of YOR SuperGreens with 1 serving of YOR Fiber Plus and 1 packet of YOR Berry Blast.
At breakfast I take 2 capsules of YOR Digest Ultra.
After training I have 1 serving of YOR Shake, the chocolate one is my favorite.
At lunch I take 2 capsules of YOR Digest Ultra.
At dinner I have 1 serving of YOR Shake with 1 serving of YOR Fiber Plus.
And before going to sleep 3 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra.
