Hello community, see you again.
For being one of those who gain weight (muscle mass) with difficulty, it went relatively well for me because almost two birthdays overlapped in this cycle, and I did my best to have few “cheat days”.
I always help myself with the entire line of nutrition that we have available: YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Probiotics Ultra on an empty stomach, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus before breakfast, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins at lunch, eventually YOR Berry Blast and YOR AMP for extra energy, and of course my must-have milkshake.
In terms of exercise, there is no way to do it accompanied, and even better with your pet (they always want to go the extra mile, haha). The three days of jogging I complemented them with another couple of functional training.
What I take most from this cycle is to be constant in my body measurements to be aware of the changes I must make and obtain better results.
