Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! I am very happy with my results so far on the YOR Health 8-Week Challenge. I already have time acquiring good habits thanks to these challenges. It's 8 weeks of committing to something and by the end of it, most healthy habits are tasty and feel good, it just takes a few days to get used to.
During this challenge, I took advantage of my REWARDS points to have more product. I had YOR Shake, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Digest Ultra and eventually YOR Berry Blast because I had to make some trips and stay up late on the commute. The products are incredible because they allow us to have a good diet in a very practical way. I was also training 4-5 days a week with weights at the gym.
The truth is that I feel very good, the feeling of being able to lift a little more each time in training and the feeling of a good routine finished when I leave the gym, it's incredible, but above all, sleep well, have a good mood during the day and see how my body is changing little by little.
