I am happy to be finishing a new challenge on this platform. It just helps me get in shape and improve my habits. This time I had the YOR Shake in the morning for breakfast and the YOR SuperGreens to open the food window. I didn't follow a strict diet, the truth is that I eat everything, but as healthy as possible and with the YOR Digest Ultra before each meal, the nutrients stay in my body and what takes energy away goes away. I must also confess that I am a fan of YOR Repair Ultra because it allows me to feel deflated, healthy, light during the day and helps me perform in my physical training.
I practice yoga 3 times a week and walk 10 minutes a day.
