I am Marilú Sedano, I am 57 years old. I started the 8-week challenge on February 2, 2022 in group 222.

I have been supplementing for almost 2 years with the fabulous YOR SuperGreens, the YOR Berry Blast, the chocolate and vanilla YOR Shakes, the YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins, of course, all from YOR Health, not to mention the YOR RepairUltra.

Sometimes I substituted some food for the supplements and even so I have managed to lose more than 5 kilograms.

I was taking the exercise classes alternately with the different suggested coaches such as Gabriel Soto, Louis Van Amstel and Nyia Vang, and sometimes I went for walks.
