I am very excited to have completed this new challenge with YOR BEST BODY!

I have 3 children, the youngest is 7 months old. My dream is to return to my body before having children, but I know that it will be very difficult to do. However, I have learned to love my body as it is today. But YOR Health keeps showing me that nothing is impossible and that if I don't return to my body, I can create a better body.

I still can't exercise because I don't have time. But I am impressed by the change in my body in these 8 weeks. I add a more controlled diet that allows me to have all the necessary nutrients to continue breastfeeding my little girl and to be strong. But by adding a little exercise, I think I can reach my final goal of 52kg but transforming the fat I still have into muscle.
